Online registration is now available. Dates are fixed from 3rd to 7th January 2018 and the venue is at the Don Chan Palace Hotel & Convention on Unit 6, Piavat Village, Sissatanak District, Vientiane, Lao PDR.

The deadline for registration is 12 noon, 30th December 2017. No more registrations will be accepted after this deadline. However, organizers reserve the right to refuse or decline any registrations without giving a reason.
