GA-2016/1. To reject the proposal of the Jamaica Chess Federation to amend the GA Agenda by including a proposal for the FIDE President to resign.
GA-2016/2. To accept the report of Deputy President.
GA-2016/3. To approve the Treasurer’s report.
GA-2016/4. To approve the proposal of the Treasurer to amend Financial Regulations.
GA-2016/5. To approve the report of the External Auditors Ernst & Young for the financial year 2015.
GA-2016/6. To approve the report of the Verification Commission.
GA-2016/7. To discharge the Treasurer from his obligations for the financial year 2015.
GA-2016/8. To re-appoint Ernst & Young, Switzerland as FIDE External Auditors for the year 2016.
GA-2016/9. To elect Mr. Tshepo Sitale of Botswana to the vacancy of the Verification Commission.
GA-2016/10. To approve the full membership of:
- Burkina Faso - Oman - Saudi Arabia - Tanzania - Timor Leste - South Sudan - Eritrea - Liberia - Nauru - Cabo Verde
GA-2016/11. To approve the full membership of Kosovo Chess Federation and to use an asterisk with its name for the chess competitions as in recommendation of the Constitutional Commission.
GA-2016/12. To ratify the recommendation of the Executive Board to approve the report and proposals of the AIDEF.
GA-2016/13. To appoint Mr. Mazouz as a FIDE liaison with AIDEF.
GA-2016/14. To continue testing of the live ratings project and postpone the decision for the next year.
GA-2016/15. To ratify the recommendation of the Executive Board for FIDE to send a letter to Agon regarding jurisdiction of the company and sign the same agreement with the new entity.
GA-2016/16. To approve proposed change to Chapter 04. General Assembly.
GA-2016/17. To approve proposed change to Chapter 08. The Commissions of FIDE.
GA-2016/18. To approve proposed change to Chapter 03. FIDE Officials and organs.
GA-2016/19. To approve proposed change to Administrative Subjects.04.Electoral Regulation.
GA-2016/20. To authorize the Presidential Board to deal with the issues which refer to the interaction of several Commissions and approve the other Commissions Reports after necessary changes.
GA-2016/21. To approve over-the-board titles.
GA-2016/22. To approve Arbiters’ titles.
GA-2016/23. To approve Trainers’ titles.
GA-2016/24. To accept the Constitutional Commission report.
GA-2016/25. To accept the Medical Commission report.
GA-2016/26. To accept the recommendation of the Ethics Commission in respect of the Bulgarian Chess Federation.
GA-2016/27. To accept the Ethics Commission report.
GA-2016/28. To approve IO titles.
GA-2016/29. To accept the report of the Journalists’ Commission.
GA-2016/30. To approve the proposal of Georgian Chess Federation to change the venue of the World Cup to Batumi with the final match to be organized in Tbilisi with the extra day to be covered by the Organisers.
GA-2016/31. To award the organization of the Women’s World Chess Championship to Tehran, Iran, in February 2017.
GA-2016/32. To ratify the decision of the Presidential Board in Moscow, to award the organization of the 2020 Chess Olympiad to Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia.
GA-2016/33. To ratify the recommendation of the FIDE Executive Board to include the construction of more rooms in the contract to be signed with the Organisers.
GA-2016/34. To ratify the recommendation of the Executive Board to authorize Presidential Board to take a final decision on the proposal by the Chinese Chess Association for the modification of the Women’s World Championship cycle.
GA-2016/35. To refer the proposal of the Austrian Chess Federation to the WCOC.
GA-2016/36. To reject the proposal of Mr. A. Filatov regarding the World Championship.
GA-2016/37. To award the World Junior and Girls U-20 Championship 2018 to Turkey to organize the event in Manavgat-Antalya, Turkey, 15-29 September 2018.
GA-2016/38. To award the World Youth Championships U-14, U-16, U-18 2018 to Greece to organize the event in Neos Marmaras, Greece, from 24 October to 5 November 2018.
GA-2016/39. To award the World Cadet Championships U-8, U-10, U-12 2018 to Spain to organise the event in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia), Spain, from 3 to 16 November 2018.
GA-2016/40. To award the World Senior Championship 2018 to Slovenia to organise the event in Bled, Slovenia, 17-30 November 2018.
GA-2016/41. To award the World Senior Team Championship 50+, 65+ 2018 to Germany, to organise the event in Radebeul (Dresden), Germany, from 30 June to 8 July 2018.
GA-2016/42. To award the World Amateur Championship 2018 to Italy, to organise the event in Cagliari-Sardegna, Italy, from 21 April to 1 May 2018.
GA-2016/43. To award the World Youth U-16 Olympiad 2018 to Turkey, to organise the event in Manamgat-Antalya, 24 November-3 December 2018.
GA-2016/44. To approve the ECU report and the actions taken by the ECU concerning Bulgarian Chess Federation.
GA-2016/45. To refer the decision of the ECU to the FIDE Ethics Commission.
GA-2016/46. To approve American Continental Report.
GA-2016/47. To approve Asian Continental Report.
GA-2016/48. To approve African Continental Report.
GA-2016/49. To refer the proposal of Mr. I. Lobortas to the Presidential Board.
GA-2016/50. To announce the year of 2018 as the year of E. Lasker.
GA-2016/51. To establish a new membership for Marketing Committee. It consists of the following:
