Please fill in the additional information for the electronic visas, as well as your accommodation requests, until August 8th. Please note that no requests, regarding visas or accommodation, will be taken into account after August 8th. Failing to send the information requested by the organizers on time will result in not being granted a visa, and having the accommodation requests ignored. The Organizers strongly advise the Chess Federations to send the required information as soon as possible.
