Education for Future charity event in Zurich


On June 3rd Kirsan Ilyumzhinov paid a one-day visit to Zurich where he participated in the first Education for Future charity event held at the Baur au Luc hotel. The host is Education for Future Foundation. The purpose of this event organized by the very young foundation is to raise funds for the opening chess schools in the CIS countries for children from poor families where children can learn chess free. The Russian grandmaster Vladimir Kramnik was invited by the charity foundation to play the simultaneous game.
