FIDE Arbiters’ Magazine No 2

Dear friends,

The FIDE Arbiters' Commission has the pleasure to publish the second issue of the Arbiters' Magazine.

We continue our efforts to offer to all Arbiters around the world the necessary knowledge and information, to enable them to exercise their duties in the best way.
