Dear Serzh Azatovich!

Please accept my most cordial congratulations on the occasion of the victory of Yerevan School N55 named after A. Chekhov team in the finals of the 1st international chess tournament "White Rook" which took place in Dagomys, Russia.
This success is an outcome of a complicated struggle, where 82 strongest teams from Russia as well as from Armenia, Belarus, Israel, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia, took part. This victory once again proves that the path chosen by you, for the inclusion of chess in the comprehensive school curriculum is correct and is another brilliant achievement of the Armenian chess school, its worthy trainers and instructors.
I am very pleased to note that the Armenian Chess Federation under your wise guidance and leadership, dear Serzh Azatovich, is a model for the rest of National Chess Federations.
Please convey my personal congratulations to the teachers, trainers and children of school N 55 named after A. Chekhov, and also the parents. I wish them all the success, good health and new sports victories!
