On May 26 the FIDE President arrived in Khanty-Mansiysk where the last stage of the FIDE Grand Prix series is finishing today. He also took part in the ceremony of the last bell in the Ugra College-Boarding School of Olympic reserve. The college trains the mid-level professionals of 14 sports. The Deputy Governor of Ugra Alexey Putin, Mayor of Khanty-Mansiysk Vasily Filipenko, Director of Department of Physical Culture and Sports Eugene Redkin also took part in the ceremony and congratulated the graduates.

In the framework of the programme "Less white spots on Ugra chess map" by the Ugra CF, a new chess center was opened in the boarding school of Olympic reserve. The FIDE President invited the graduate to make the first move.
