Please note that under the Electoral Regulations 5.A.1

A. Presidential Election years

(1) At the latest eight weeks before the opening session of the General Assembly, the FIDE Secretariat shall send to all member federations, and publish on its website, a complete list of the delegates registered on the FIDE website.

Please check your delegate as per the FIDE website.
