On April 22 Kirsan Ilyumzhinov arrived to Cambodia where in Phnom Penh he had several working meetings. In particular, he met with the Senior Minister Mr. Yim Nolla, Chairman of Economic, Social and Cultural Council of Royal Cambodian Government.
