On 7th November, before the start of 6th Kings Tournament, FIDE Treasurer and Executive Director, Mr. Nigel Freeman, Continental President for Europe Mr. Silvio Danailov, ISCU President Mr. Alexander Kostiev, ECU Vice President Mr. Ion Serban Dobronauteanu together with Mrs. Elisabeta Polihroniade (organizer of tournament) have visited the Romanian Sport’s Ministry and met with the President of Romanian Sport's Ministry Mrs. Carmen Emilia Tocala. They discussed chess in Romania with a particular emphasis on Chess in Schools.
