On the 28th of September, 2012 FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov arrived to Almaty to open the 15th ICSC Deaf World Individual Championships which is taking place in Almaty from September, 27 2012 to October, 7 2012.
The program of the visit includes the meetings with officials of
Almaty city, members of the ICSC Board and President of Kazakh Chess Federation.
