 The World Junior Chess Championshipcontinued with round 11 in Athens, Greece. GM Alexander Ipatov won his game to catch up with GM Rapport in the standings. Now they share first place with 9,0/11. The third place is for the Armenian top player GM Samvel Ter-Sahakyan. He scored a full point against IM Conrad Holt and is the only player with 8,5/11, half a point behind the leaders.
At shared fourth position with 8,0/11 are the rating favorite of the tournament GM Ding Liren and his compatriot GM Yu Yangyi, who made a draw in their direct encounter today.
