Working visit of FIDE President to Estonia Print

On December 5th the FIDE President arrived on a working visit to Estonia. In Tallinn he visited the chess club where the Paul Keres memorial room is located. There Kirsan Ilyumzhinov met with the new President of Estonian Chess Federation Andrei Korobeinik, famous Estonian GM Jaan Ehlvest , the Head of the General Education Department at the Ministry of Education and Research Ms Irene Kaosaar and the editor of Argo publishing house which issued the chess book and notebook, Mr. Andres Adamson. The concrete steps of the implementation of Chess in Schools programme were discussed at the meeting and it was decided to run the pilot project in 2012.
