Proposals which are to be included in the Agenda for the Executive Board meeting in Krakow from October 20th to 22nd, should reach the FIDE Secretariat not later than three months before the beginning of the Executive Board, together with the reasons for the proposals. Please note that the deadline is July 20th 2011.

Commission draft reports to be discussed by the Executive Board shall also reach the FIDE Secretariat at least three months before the meeting. They will be considered as final when examined at the Commission’s meeting during the session at Krakow.
