The Executive Director David Jarrett and the President's Assistant Berik Balgabaev visited the FIDE Elista Office this week. They discussed the contract for the new FIDE Offices in City Chess Hall with the representative from City Chess. The new accommodation provides a better and more spacious working environment for the staff with separate offices for the President.
They also met with the Manager and staff of the Elista FIDE office to talk about further developments with their work.
The Head of the Republic of Kalmykia Mr. Alexey Orlov met the FIDE delegation during their visit in Elista and they informed him of FIDE's plans.
