Subject: Trainers Titles Licence Fees
Dear Mr. President,
Following my 15.12.2010 letter concerning the FIDE Trainers’ Licences, I would like to draw your attention to the expansion of the payment’s dead-line which is now by 30.04.2011.
After this date we will issue a Trainer’s Card for all your official trainers, which will be valid for the years 2011-2014 (for those who will renew their licences) and for those who do not feel like renewing their licences, an expired (till 2010) card will be issued. After the above mentioned dead-line an extra charge of 15 euros for each expired card will be added to the initial amount of each trainer’s licence fee.
The title licence will be valid 01.01.2011-31.12.2014 (after payment). It should be paid by 30.04.2011, to the FIDE Trainers Bank Account (payment should be net of all bank charges):

The described financial obligation can be paid by the affiliated federation in total or individually by the FIDE trainer. In any case, after the bank deposit, an e-mail should be sent to

, indicating the depositor’s full name and the transaction number. It must be clear that by failing to fulfil this financial obligation the trainer will be suspended automatically from the official FIDE trainers’ list.
Please note that we will need a portrait photo (see sample below) to be sent by e-mail (with the FIDE-ID on the title) in order to issue the trainer’s badge (

). All badges will be sent to the affiliated federation, after the completion of payment. There will be a charge of 15 euros to issue a duplicate if the original is lost.
