FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov opened Bondarevsky Memorial. The international chess tournament dedicated to Igor Bondarevsky is taking place in Rostov region, the Russian Federation from 12 to 23 December, 2010. Igor Bondarevsky was the international Grandmaster, the Champion of USSR and international arbiter and trainer. The official opening of the tournament was held on the 16th of December.
