Any Federation wishing to make a claim for extra costs incurred because of changes to the charter schedules to Khanty-Mansiysk, should send their claim to the FIDE Secretariat to arrive no later than October 22nd. Documentation to support the claim must be sent at the same time.

Any claim not received by October 22nd, or if the documentation is incomplete or missing, will not be submitted to the Organizers.
