Dear participants of the World Cup! After the completion of the 1st stage of the World Cup 2009, the V Governor's Chess Cup will be held from 24 November to 4 December 2009 in Khanty-Mansiysk. The tournament will take place in Khanty-Mansiysk Sport Stadium "Ugra-Athletics". The players willing to participate are welcome. The regulations can be found here.
