At the Executive Board in Halkidiki, Greece, it was decided that any Federation with arrears of one year or more at December 31st 2009 will not have their Ratings published on January 1st 2010.
Furthermore, any federation with one year arrears at June 30th 2010 will not be allowed to play in the Olympiad in Khanty-Mansiysk.
