Dear Federations,
Please note that according to a decision made by the FIDE Presidential Board in Athens in June 2008, all participating Federations are required to submit their Team Lists by providing the Fixed Board Order (FBO) before 12 September 2008. After this date, no substitution of players and no change of board shall be allowed.
We call on all participating Federations to respect this extremely important deadline, to enable the Organisers finalise the preparation for the chess summit in Dresden.
