Journalists from outside China wishing to cover the World Mind Sports Games in Beijing from October 3^rd to October 18^th 2008, will need to register before July 31^st. The Media Accreditation Application form can be downloaded here. The form should be completed in English and returned to FIDE by July 25^th for checking. It must be stamped by the reporter’s media organisation and their countries (region) individual sports federation. Details of hotels can be found at www.2008wmsg.org and all expenses are to be covered by the reporters themselves. There will be no on the spot registration. The accreditation form will also be used for submission for an invitation in order to obtain a visa. There will be a shuttle service to and from the airport and hotel.
