FIDE advises potential candidates that the Presidential tickets and Continental Presidential tickets must reach the FIDE Secretariat at least three months before the opening of the General Assembly. The deadlines being 3 July 17.00 hrs (Athens time) for Presidential tickets and midnight 3 July (Athens time) for Continental Presidential ticket.

The Secretariat will acknowledge receipt of the documents. The Secretariat will announce the tickets on the FIDE website on July 4th 2018.
