Creta Maris Beach Resort will host four chess events from 27th of October to 7th of November 2017.


Four chess events are set to take place from 27th of October to 7th of November in the Creta Maris Beach Resort (*****) Hersonissos, Crete, Greece.


1) European Teams Chess Championship from 27th of October (arrivals) to 7th of November (departures)

2) 1st FIDE World Youth Rapid & Blitz Chess Championships for Boys and Girls U14, U16, U18 from 27 October (arrivals) to 31 October 2017 (departures)

3) 1st International Open Hersonissos 2017 from 27th of October (arrivals) to 6th of November (departures)

4) 2nd ECU Congress from 1st to 5th of November

INVITATION

The deadline for the registration in the World Youth Rapid & Blitz Chess Championships is 28 August 2017.
Players should be registered through their National Federation. Incomplete registrations will not be accepted. All players need to have a FIDE ID number.
Just before the World Youth and Rapid Chess Championships, the 2017 Mediterranean Youth Chess Championships will take place from 21-27th October in Chania, Crete, Greece.
