PARTICIPANT: The players under 20 years old of member federations of FIDE are invited to participate.

RULES: The Open Group shall be conducted as a Swiss System of 9 rounds. The time control is 90 minutes with an addition of 30 seconds per move starting from move one.

REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL CONDITION: The players pay their own plane tickets.

The committee will undertake board and lodging expenses (a standard room) of the top sixth players of each country or area by the order of registration.
